The Art Of Leadership

Recently I read ten poems to change your life, by Roger Housden. I thought that was responsive and thought provoking. At one point, describing what he said Housden was the prerogative of the artist. When I read, I became struck by the thought that this phrase can also describe a leader prerogative. Classic Leadership Styles

2. Involving autocrat

3. Partial Democrat
